CONTRACT CLIENT TERMS

TRIPLE J MEDIA PART OF THE TRIPLE J GROUP

Customer Contract

This agreement is made between Triple J Media (the “Agency”) part of the Triple J Group and the Client for the provision of marketing services by the Agency, Triple J Media part of the Triple J Group to the Client.

Services to be provided by the Triple J Media part of Triple J Group Ltd. From herein we shall refer to ourselves as Triple J Media. 

Services

The Agency will provide the following AI marketing services to the Client:

AI branding

AI websites

AI written content

AI video content

AI packages

Triple J Media will perform these services professionally and timely, consistent with industry standards and best practices.

Payment

The Client agrees to pay Triple J Media for the services provided under this agreement at the rate of [rate] per month. Payment will be due on the first day of each month.

Term and Termination

This agreement will begin on [start date] and will continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party.

Confidentiality

Triple J Media agrees to keep all information shared by the Client confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent.

Ownership of Work

Triple J Media agrees that all work produced during the term of this agreement will be the sole property of the Client. The Agency will not use any work produced for the Client for any other purpose without the Client’s prior written consent.

Indemnification

Triple J Media agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Client from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the Agency’s performance of the services under this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Entire Agreement

This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Client and Triple J Media regarding the services to be provided and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
